Completed a BFA in Dramatic Writing with playwriting concentration and minors in Producing and American Sign Language.
Co-founder and co-president of LGBTQ+ Faith, an interfaith student club for queer students (2019-2022), secretary for Queer Union (2019), and social media director for Spectrum Stageworks, a performing arts club for non-major performers (2019-2020). Member of T-Party for trans and gender non-conforming students (2018-2022), and former member of First Years Queers and Allies, an organization for first year queer students to develop leadership skills (2018-2019). Also a participant of NYU Spark, a leadership intensive led by Cynthia Rose and Betsy Wolfe. Spring 2022 Dean's List.

Professional Experience

June 2022 - August 2022

PRODUCTION INTERN

Participated as crew as needed from show to show, including light board operating, sound board operating, stagehanding, front of house staffing, and stage managing the two-week run of Awesomer and Awesomer. Also participated in weekly staff meetings and biweekly production meetings, learning aspects of programming, running front of house, development, production, and audience engagement. Read and evaluated over 100 play submissions for the 2022-23 season and reported recommendations for producing.

NYU - WELCOME WEEK LEADER

Supported the transition of 6000 incoming students to NYU, as well as served as a peer mentor to help new students understand valuable resources available on campus. I also facilitated workshops for up to 80 students on the topics of Academic Success, Navigating New York City, and more. Worked with a team of 15 other leaders to plan events and maintain crowd control at larger events with up to 3000 students in attendance.
